An Automated Blood Cell Counter or a Hematology Analyzer is a machine that automatically counts the blood cells from the given sample of blood and displays the count as results. To proceed with the WBC testing, this cell counter can be of two types: Three-part differential and Five-part differential.

Applications

Hematology analyzers are used widely in patient and research settings to count and characterize blood cells for disease detection and monitoring. Basic analyzers return a complete blood count (CBC) with a three-part differential white blood cell (WBC) count.

It is used for detecting the parameters of RBC, WBC, HGB and WBC differential counter.
